Is there a BMI requirement for a BBL?

For a skinny BBL the deciding factor is the physical exam, not a BMI number: the patient is a candidate if the surgeon can harvest enough fat to make a visible difference.

The skinny BBL has become a very popular procedure here. What is the minimum BMI required for a patient to get a skinny BBL? I go based on exam. An examination prior to the procedure is very important. If I feel that I can harvest enough fat for fat transfer to make a nice difference, that's where I would say the patient is a good candidate. My criteria is not based on a number, it's based on an exam.

Who is a good candidate for Lipo HD?

The ideal Lipo HD patient is young, has good skin without excess, and is active and eats well. Etching definition on an overweight patient does not look natural.

Who is a good candidate for the Lipo HD? So the ideal candidate is a patient who's young, who has good skin, does not have skin excess. And then the other thing is you want a patient that's athletic, that at least is active and likes to go to the gym, likes to eat well. What you don't want to do is take an overweight patient and try to make lines on them. It doesn't look good. It doesn't fit. So you want to make sure your patient is doing their part in being active and eating properly.
